First, the motor switch is placed in the off-site location and locked to ensure worker safety.
1, visual belt, found loose, immediately notify Parking tighten with spanner wrench. Check and adjust the fastening couplings. Check the setting hydraulic bypass relay is working properly.
2, with a spanner wrench open the blower Arthritic cover and check rotator found stains, instantly clean.
3, check the tuning blower air inlet pressure switch is working properly, the setting should be-0.1bar. Check the whole set inlet pressure switch is working properly, set the value should be 1.2bar.
4, clean the air filter. Washable oil mist eliminator. Clean the oil separator. Collect and store cleaning materials to be examined.
5, check the machine whether abnormal sound, and track abnormal sound source, check the repair.
6, check the check valve tuning exhaust blower, check the startup drain valve is working properly.
7, wipe clean appearance, making it clean and hygienic.
